If any of our products arrive damaged or deemed defective as a result of our production error with your order please notify us within 48 hour of receiving the item and send us a picture of the item that you have received to our company email address. Once we generate authorization number, we will email it to you and send you the return shipping label. We will send you reprint with your original design or we will give you credit for future purchase. Please return the original order within 14 days from the date that you have received our return authorization email. We can not take any returns or provide future credit without our authorization number.
